ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Same day cancellations or no-shows will have penalty charges.
Same day reschedules will be accepted up to a point. If you have a history of rescheduling day of the appointment - it will be noted, and you will start getting charged. A called in same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the original service cost. A no-call no-show will be charged 100% of the original service cost. Please get in contact with any questions or concerns regarding these terms.

Before your appointment…

Upon booking, you will receive an email with forms you need to fill out. These forms are health information as well as a consent form. I cannot have a session with you unless these are filled out. Anything disclosed in these forms is protected under HIPAA and will not be shared with anyone else without your signed permission. If you cannot fill these out online, I have physical forms you can fill out before your session.
